   Porcelain Moon, nicknamed "Lainy", was the first filly born on the farm since 2004, so it was fitting that she arrived the color of fine champagne! Now going grey, she is a "mini-me" of her exquisite dam. Full of personality, intelligence, and type, this filly sparkles with promise. At her very first outing, the double gold OWPS show, Lainy was the only yearling filly. Imagine our delight when UK judge, Margaret Edwards, pinned her Reserve Grand Champion behind her sire, who went double Grand!! Mrs. Edwards remarked, "This is a really lovely filly with the sweetest expression". We are so excited to watch Porcelain Moon grow up and continue her show career!

Lochinvar Porcelain Moon is her dam's 7th filly and 9th (and final) foal. She reminded us SO much of Pandora's first filly, the exquisite Lochinvar Pyrrha Moon. Pyrrha (photo below) was lost to colic in 2005. Lainy is named in her memory.
